What we collect
When you send a form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP, what you need, and any message. We also record which page you used and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign tags in that link. The damage check tool runs in your browser and does not send anything.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your request to one roofing contractor, so they can contact you about it, and to keep a record of requests we send. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Who we share it with
- One roofing contractor we work with. They receive your request so they can contact you. Their own privacy practices apply once they have it.
- Service providers that run this site and our email and automation tools (for example web hosting, form processing and email). They handle data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send your request to multiple contractors.
Calls, email and texts
By ticking the consent box, you agree that the roofing contractor we send your request to may contact you about your request by phone and email. This form does not sign you up for text messages or marketing, and agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.
Your choices
Email hello@charlotteroofquotes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will also tell the contractor about a deletion request, but they may keep records they are required to keep.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as we need them to run the service and meet our obligations, then delete them.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. This site is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
